Raimonds Staprans (born 1926) is a Latvian-born American painter known for his abstracted still lifes and landscapes. Emigrating from Latvia during World War II, Staprans settled in the United States, where he would eventually establish himself as a significant figure in the California Abstract Expressionist movement.
